    Went about 6 hours. Next time I'll try cooking a plate whole also. I just love Bark so much, so if you split them, you get more. I'm sure you loose more moisture in the splitting. Short Ribs are Great!

      PaulstheRibList what a great write-up and the pics were awesome!! I tried to find some bone-in short ribs for last weekend but had no luck. After seeing your post here, I'm gonna do some more looking and hope to find a resource. It was almost possible to taste those ribs just looking at the pics! Maybe @PitBoss has a resource in the area.
