    My Father's Day Dinner. Waygu tenderloin, done with the "Better than Steakhouse" reverse sear. Learned it right here. Followed the technique to the letter, including using "beef love" from rendered brisket fat; another lesson learned here. D-licious! Thanks Meathead!
