Costco prime brisket

I went to Costco business center a couple months ago to grab briskets for both the church and for me. I think it was $5.99 for choice and I walked out with briskets for the church, but no briskets for me… Thankfully, I still had a chuck roast from my last 1/5 beef so I smoked that up instead.

Im gonna try cooking a choice in the near future just to see if i notice a big difference. Priced are nuts. Wild Fork near me may be slightly cheaper (have to check) but brisket is hard evaluate when frozen.

Those are Costco packer prices, only choice. Sad, the day of the Prime packer is a distant memory.

Yeah I have a brick and mortar near me but looks like similar prices. They always have primes while Costco is hit or miss by me.
