    Sorry another Brisket post

    I know there's already a bunch of brisket posts already but I couldn't help myself. Cooked my first brisket on my Big Joe and it was a success. Use BBBR and made the Texas mop sauce. All was delicious. After joining this site and purchasing new grill, I have been making the best BBQ ever. I'm happy, my wife's happy, and even my 4 year old has been eating the food.

    Looks like some fine cow!

    You don't ever need to explain yourself when posting a cook around here, the whole point of the Pit is for fellow BBQ nerds to prattle on about a subject that others tire of after only a few minutes of superficial discussion. Well done!

I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
