Hey there, I just wanted to share because I have never seen this before! Pic 1 and 2 are shots of that little tray liner thingy, both sides. Pic 3 is a bit broken up because I wanted to smell it. Smelled fine. Pic 4 is the label. I opened this yesterday morning. I’m brining the pictures back to the store later today. I tossed the meat. I’ve never purchased ground beef from Hmart before. Only kalbi (sliced short ribs) and pork bones and sliced pork belly. Never seen this before….

Usually make my own riff’s on Memphis Dust and BBBR. Also use Meathead’s commercial rubs and occasionally try something new. I like a couple from Tuffy Stone and Kinder’s. After several surgeries, I’m very sensitive to “spicy” stuff, so I need to be careful about heat levels.

I'd throw it too. Stuff like this and all the recalls we hear about remind me to buy ground meat that I know is ground locally or at home. I've read that some of those huge operations that grind LOTS of it at one time don't clean up and sanitize as often as they should. Gross!
