        Congrats on the great cook, LamityGrille , and Happy Birthday. After the birthday feast this year, you'll have a hard time topping it next year.

        Isn't pulled chuckie the best? If you have any leftovers, it's great in chili and marinara meat sauce.

        I'm making some marinara meat sauce this weekend and am using some chuckie and some smoked Italian sausages in it. It's my backup plan for Valentine's Day just in case we're snowed in.

          Thanks, folks! I was really happy with how it turned out. And yeah, there are leftovers. I put out some pulled pork and ribs specifically so everyone wouldn't just rip through the chuck. I'm really manipulative with my menu that way :-D

          I think there's enough for dinner tonight for my wife and I and for tomorrow's breakfast. I'm thinking a a chuck hash topped with a fried egg.
