                Actually as a side note I am going to do brisket tacos in my Taco Chronicle Series here at some point. Waiting to score a big juicy wagyu packer from HEB.

                  BourBonQ Actually I just got done cooking and preparing my tacos over the weekend. I decided to do a dry-aged SVQ select brisk to double as my protein for a couple of recipes. You should see them sometime this week.
