    Where do all the brisket points go?

    When I was shopping for brisket, everywhere I went all I could find were flats. And even in the AR article, Meathead says flats are more common.

    So, if for every flat there is a point, where did all the points go? Ground beef?

    I'm guessing ground something. Good fat supplement, without all the flat, get it, or was that too flat.

    No full packers in your area??

      That is a great question. I am guessing they make it into hamburger. But that would be some damn good hamburger.

        I asked a couple butchers, they say hamburger meat, more profitable.
