      yakima check out our insta @altabajamarket for lots of footage. These were only the pictures I had time to snap.

      We served 114 guests for the first seating and 120 the second seating.

      Brûlée: hand held propane torch. We don’t have a salamander (broiler). Some of our neighbors do, but it would have taken over a couple hours to burn them all off, because the broilers are small.
