    New Add To Fave Cookbooks

Just got done with Steven Raichlen’s "The Brisket Chronicles" ..... it’s good, really good. And I learned some awesome new ways to do things with brisket. Over 250 pages dedicated to nothing but brisket. The history, techniques, around the world ideas.

I just went to order it on Amazon, one left in hardback for $40. Went to order it and they want to charge me $3.99 for shipping! I’ve been a Prime Member forever! I don’t know why they want to charge me for shipping, this has never happened before since I became a Prime Member. I just cancelled the order till I find out what’s going on.

What the heck is wrong with Amazon? I have the soft cover and it seems just fine, btw

Ok, just read the fine print on my order page. It said "This item is not eligible for Amazon Prime". I noticed this as I was talking to "Joey" from Amazon customer service. Maybe the hardback isn’t eligible for Prime, but the soft cover is. Anyway he was nice enough to issue me a $5.00 credit on my next order! So I’m ordering it now. Thanks Eric for this great recommendation.
