Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPop and a Thermapen Mk4. Recently added 2 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.

I’ve done a version of these. I used a recipe from the Hey Grill Hey website. Very, very similar. I am a hot dog lover and this was the bomb. They were devoured by all that tasted them that day.

I only used mustard as my binder and then just used Sweet Baby Rays, butter and brown sugar as my after smoke jacuzzi for the hot dogs.
