This is inspired from one of our favorite restaurants on Hilton Head Island.
Ingrediants
- raw ez peel shrimp
- green onion
- tomato
- chipolte aioli
- parm cheese
- flour tortillas
Thaw shrimp and put in ziplock bag. Season with Old Bay and Cayenne.
Chop up the green onions and tomatoes and put in a bowl.
When ready, cook the shrimp on coolside of charcoal grill until pink.
Remove, shell and chop.
Mix with onion and tomato mixture.
In a fry pan, brown tortillas.
Dress tortillas with shrimp, onion and tomato mix.
Finish with shredded Parm and Chipolte Aioli
Use Tabasco Green as a condiment.
