One of my wife’s specialties for an excellent hot summer dessert! Love this Pink Lemonade Pie - nice and cool with it being frozen along with the tang from the lemonade and sweetness of the cool whip and condensed milk.
Ingredients:
1 Graham Cracker Crust pie (or make your own with a few packs of graham crackers and 2 TBS of melted butter)
1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 6oz can frozen pink lemonade
1 9oz tub of Cool Whip whipping cream
Directions:
Mix condensed milk, lemonade and cool whip together. Pour into crust and freeze until ready to serve. Should be easy to cut and serve with it being frozen. And if you make your own pie crust, blend up the graham crackers and mix in melted butter. Press into a pie plate and freeze while you are getting the remainder of the ingredients together.
