Thanks y'all! I'm a highly satisfied customer. And good news, there is a two-man crew here from the electrician's, already at work installing the power outlets. I'll be getting what I had hoped for, two separate 20A circuits. Couple hundred bucks more than I'd hoped it would cost, but it's worth it to me to get this done right away. I'll post a couple pics once that work is done.

That color does look nice, as a couple have said, and it will go nicely with the stone patio after I get it power washed, it's really muddy at the moment from the deck installation. I'm a big fan of those grey/slatey blue shades, which feature in the patio to a decent extent too, they should complement one another nicely.

fzxdoc Kathryn, I didn't get up in the middle of the night, but I did step outside several times during the evening to admire it And I don't believe I did post the link to the table I got, here it is:

Hopefully we can get that inspection done quickly too so that I can "move in" Weather won't be much good for cooking outside until after the weekend though, so the deck's inauguration is still a ways off in any case...

Two 20A GFCI outlets reporting for duty. That oughta cover anything I would want to plug in out here. If not, I can always divert the tachyon stream through the main deflector dish to eliminate any subspace interference.

The company has the duty for getting the inspector out here, and given that they don't get the 50% remaining on the bill until that happens, I'm trusting that they're sufficiently motivated

"Any fool knows you can't divert tachyons through a deflector dish without inverting first." This is so obvious I tell strangers this when they walk by in parking lots.

How dare him? Before AR could test drive it for the rest of us? Sacrilege!

Missed it if you mentioned it above, but are you planning a roof over it?

Not any time soon, probably never. We priced out some options and I just don't think we could swing something covered. I'm fine with that, it's rare that we get rain that last for days.

DaveD Makes sense. There's always the non-permanent option too, like a small gazebo kit or cantilever umbrella if you want 1 or 2 grills covered when needed.

Hey! Inspector came by today, and it's allllll mine now, muahahahaha! Just as RiverJeff predicted, he spent all of about 30 seconds, mostly tugging on each railing post to test its sturdiness. [EDIT: and he tested the GFCI circuits.] I played hooky for the afternoon to get everything in place

Got the cookers up there, covered 'em up, assembled the utility table, strung some festive lighting:

Only downside is that the backsplash on the SS table was damaged on one end. But I can't be bothered to repack it, send it back, etc...

If you've got a good sized Crescent wrench and a little patience you could straighten that backsplash in short order.
