Monday is Captain Mike’s 60th Birthday. The gang all chipped in and got him a $3.50 Birthday Card. Now, everyone knows I’m not one to brag, but I went all in and gave him a set of my best plates. He was thrilled beyond belief.

Well, I’m jealous and sorry our Maine trip conflicted with all THAT. It does look like y’all needed some adult supervision. (My wife is good at that.). Maybe next time. And hey, it’s 0745 there. Where are the pix of Snow’s line?
Hey, Soonerpop I live in Dallas. Maybe we should plan to link up even if I am. longhorn pop. What do you cook on? If my memory is correct it is BGE like I do.
On another note, we could have a meat-up here some time it looks like. Yep, Ogunquit, Maine. Saw this place yesterday and made a u-turn in the middle of the road to get the pic. Smokey B’s Gin Mill. So, I check out the menu on line. First drink on the cans menu is White Claw. I’m pretty sure there were no White Claws to be found in Rockdale, TX. The first drink on the drinks menu was a Pink Gin Teaser. I wouldn’t touch one of those with one of YOUR ten foot poles. In a barbecue joint! So, I’m not feeling it about this place. Pulled pork & baby backs, chicken tenders. Brisket burnt ends but no brisket! Don’t understand that. Might be wonderful, but it ain’t Snow’s.
