Shirley Patio Cabinet Model 24"x42" with Warming Box

Finally! After saving all my pennies I picked up my 24"x42" Cabinet Patio model from Shirley Fabrication. 1,000 lbs. of love right here. I added the warming box with the option to have a damper installed between the firebox and warming chamber so I can use it as a vertical cooker. The welds on this are impressive! You can draft through the main chamber and use the warming box for bread, sides, jerky, fish, sausage (the sausage hangers pictured are an upgrade) or draft through the box itself to increase your cook space. Or, you can shut off the main chamber and use the warming box like a vertical smoker or ignore the firebox and build a charcoal fire in the supplied water pan/baffle in the warming box and use the warmer like a direct grill. Can't wait to season it tomorrow!!!

This should tame the MCS for a while.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

                        the good one grill
The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.
