I miss my Weber kettle. Had a Performer for years. Grilled many a great chunk of animal flesh. Started my smoking journey on it too.
Sadly, when we moved in 2017 the lid fell off the trailer it was on (really hope it didnβt do any damage π¬). Used it for another year grilling βtoplessβ and parted ways with it when we landscaped our backyard and put a wood/charcoal grill in our bbq island.
I love my Weber kettle. Use it all the time. Have just about every accessory. Cook anything on it. SNS, vortex, rotisserie, charcoal baskets, etc. Also an 18" and 22" WSM, large ceramic, and a gasser. The kettle just works.
