A KBQ if we didn't live in a heavily forested area.

I do not know what your space is like, but small fire works best in KBQ. Mine is on a covered concrete block patio next to a block retaining wall. I would not want it on my wood deck, but if on concrete with 10 to 20 foot clearance, should be no problem. It is labor intensive, so you are right there, keeping an eye on things and managing the fire.

A Hasty Bake. If I get another cooker, it will either be a charcoal burner or a griddle. Might as well dream about the best charcoal user.

My brother junked his rusted charcoal cooker and bought a griddle. Then he bought another charcoal cooker about a year later. He missed that flavor. Go with the Hasty Bake. 👍

I think about this from time to time, but in the context of I have very limited patio space (10'x10') and with my Chimp, Weber Kettle, and PBC it can get a bit crowded in there.

I keep looking at something like a Chud Box that Bradley Robinson designed. Something that could combine the functions of the Kettle and PBC.

Plenty of room for a kettle in one corner n a PBC, Pbc, pbc! In the other corner. Whoop whoop!!! Let the Chimp hang in the trees.

If I ever hit the lottery, there will be signs:

Outstanding design and craftsmanship has made the TS250 250 gallon reverse flow tank smoker the best tank smoker for caterers. Get your free custom quote now.

With the chicken cooker on the front, stainless steel EVERYTHING, maybe the next model up, so big enough to cook a whole hog? And electronic trailer brakes. And piles of 5 kinds of wood.

That being said, I'd probably have a much smaller grill on the patio most of the time. Maybe a short cabinet smoker for those in-between, me and wife & kids vs. neighbors + family cooks.

Don't even talk about outdoor kitchens. I've had drawings for years...

You guys are terrible. I am obviously living under a rock; now wasting an inordinate amount of time learning about high end cookers. Thank you, I guess.

A nice trailer pit of some kind. Warming cabinet, off set smoker, front storage for gear, sink and small prep area. Probably LSG or Jambo.

Throw a camper shell on the pickup and you're set for life. Place to live, place to cook, what more do you need?

        In the real world, I'd get a KBQ, but in my dream world I'd get a Hamrforge Beast;

I feel like I have all I need, but since you asked the way you did, I’d get Shirley Fabrication to custom me a stick burner. Albeit my KBQ gets the job done, I do think those Shirley’s are just a work of art.

I am truly honored! It would be really cool to ship one to the states to be honest.

I haven't heard of most of the cookers mentioned. I'm pleased with my Camp Chef WW Pro but have long admired the Yoder pellet smokers.

Been a fan of Pitmaker for years. Got close to ordering a Grillmeister and Sniper when we did our pool and outdoor kitchen island back in 2018, but we opted to keep a little more cash in our pocket.

Real life…my next smoker will be a KBQ. And since we moved I’m in need of a wood/charcoal grill. A Santa Maria style grill fits my needs the best, as a 36” Blackstone already handles most of my quick outdoor cooks.
