I am pretty content with the cookers I have. Every now and then I see or hear about a cooker I would like to experience cooking on, but I wouldn’t call it my dream cooker.

Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
If 20 years younger, had more room I might consider a pellet smoker. But the Kettle with Vortex and SnS, the Spirit along with full griddle insert, the PBJ with hooks and hangers and the handy Smokey Joe, I'm all set. And then not in the category but sous vide.

Green Mountain Grill - Jim Bowie
(I've never regretted having too much grate space).
Weber Genesis Gas grill
Weber Kettle grills x 2
Lots of good stuff here. Would love to have an offset in the 24x48-50 size. The LSG adjustable would be super fun too. Of course M&M or Ole Hickory Rotisserie would be cool too. That said would love to add an offset to the arsenal, however, I have a nice smattering of cookers as it is.

Weber Smoky Mountain 18” and 22”
Weber Smoque XL w/ front and side folding tables
Weber Genesis E-430 (came with the frame kit).
DigiQ fan controller (WSM 22” has the attachment)
Turkey fryer (2)
Maverick ET-732 (2)
Char-Broil Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer, Bunk Basket (2)
SouthwestDisc 18" Cooking Disc
I might want to do an offset like others have mentioned, but that comes with learning how to use it. I just overcame a bit of brisket anxiety so I imagine it would take some time to develop confidence in one of these cookers.
I’ve been waffling on getting a Weber genesis to replace my current gasser or the Searwood since I don’t currently have a pellet pooper.

For me, Offsets are like playing golf. Everything else falls away except the moment.

I do like my Napoleon gasser quite a bit and have had a two Webers. Think the Napoleon might have edged them out. That said, I use my Primo more than anything right now except for really long cooks that I'm paranoid about (cooking for others) then I use the ol' Pellet Pooper.

I believe I have all I need in these older years. But one piece of equipment I always wanted was a Hasty Bake. Ever since a guy back in the 90's said it was the best cooker he ever used. Swore by it.

LSG Adjustable Grill/Smoker, MAK Pellet Grill, Large BGE with Several Attachments from the Ceramic Grill Store, Weber Genesis E335 Gasser, Cast Iron Pans & Griddle, Grill Grates, Mostly Thermoworks Thermometers, Anova SV Stick, BBQ Guru Controller and Fan
If I were to add a cooker today it would be a New Weber Gasser. I'm waiting to see what changes the Blackstone/Weber buyout does to their grill line for 2026. The Lonestar El Fuego is really a nice Grill/Smoker too!

SnS 22" kettle, 22" WSM with Pit Viper, 36" LSG pellet pooper
24" Blackstone griddle, 6 Gallon Cajun Fryer.
50K BTU wok burner.
Maybe an LSG Adjustable Charcoal or a KBQ. I'm pretty well set with what I have now. I would only get a KBQ if I get unlimited time along with the money.

I keep waiting for Huskee to call my name for the grand prize so that I can select the Weber gasser. I actually have more smokers/grills than I need. The lastest is the Weber Kamado that I installed onto a stainless steel table, a GMG Jim Bowie that now gets used just for short hot cooks, Blackstone 36 that I never use and actually dislike, OKJ Bronco & Bronco Pro, an abandoned Louisiana Vertical (same as the Pitmaster 7 series) that gets used as a warming box, a Char-griller Akorn, 2 Weber 26in kettles that have the Smoke EZ tube making them into WSM XL that get taken out for the infrequent comp cooks, and a terrible 2 burner gasser that never gets used and, again, Huskee really needs to help me replace. Money isn't the issue, my addiction to having more toys than I need is the issue.
Picture for showing off...

tstalafuse my 36 is a shear delight for stirfry, smashburgers, snausages, pancakes n eggs all preceded by a pound of crispy bacon. That thing is amazing at bacon!

Alan Brice It just wasn't my jam. I can do the same things on my gas range in the house on a cast iron griddle. For those who love them, good deal and cook on. It just brought back memories for me of working fast food as a teenager, just outside.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
Komodo Kamado. The only reason I don’t have one is that when I had the money available for it, I just couldn’t justify it. I always thought that if I get a windfall, that’s what I would get. But then I got a windfall, and I decided that I would rather have the money, because the food was going to taste the same whether I cooked it in the KK or the BGE. I guess it wasn’t a big enough windfall? Probably that’s it.
