Just pulled the trigger on the 22 inch Gabby Grill Santa Maria Insert....this will sit nicely on my open firebox of the smoker!
Not sure if I will be able to run the smoker at the same time but I think of this a trial period before adding the Titan Santa Maria Grill to my arsenal
Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
Well, if I had a death wish and showed up with another cooker it would be a griddle. Problem is, I most likely would never use it and I would be recalled in the Memoriam Channel.
I have my eye on a PittBoss griddle either a two or three burner model. I just bought the Primo pizza cooking attachment last week and Napoleon 22†kettle before that. After that I am all set.

Go big and get the Bronco Pro if you do. If you're patient, you will find one on sale. One good thing about the Pro is a lot of the Weber 22" accessories will also work with it.
Orange Bronco at Home Depot. Then a Pit Boss griddle (2 burner).
I've had the money for both twice now and emergencies erupted...
After 3 bad things happen isn't a good thing supposed to happen?
I just bought the SNS Kettle and used it for the first time this weekend. Love it. next one will be the Summit Kamado but that’s a few years out. I’m good right now.
It won't be in the next year, but a good stick burner when I'm at a point in life I could use it with some regularity. With everything I have/had pretty much runs the gamut. However, a much higher end flat top is a possibility...
I really like the sns and the vortex in the 22†kettle. Added a grill grate, that thing is a grilling machine. Most likely will get a rotisserie for it soon. If I get a new cooker, it will be an update/ replacement for the kettle. Maybe a deal will come up on the anniversary model, or I’ll really luck out and get drawn for second prize in the monthly!! Between that and the Primo I’m good, and out of space for new gear.
All though, a griddle would be pretty cool, maybe a reverse flow cabinet smoker
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Mine will most likely be a griddle of some sort, but in the world of things we need to buy for our family, house, & home it's low on the priority list. Sigh...
Probably won’t make any changes this year…unless our finances allow me to purchase a KBQ.
Very happy with my Blackstone griddle and Blaze charcoal/wood grill. My old COS works fine, but I’d love an upgrade with a little lower requirements for input along the smoke.
