Posting this on off topic. Don’t know where else I can put this one.
What is that one cooker that you will probably purchase within the next year? This is not the cooker that is the one of your dreams, this is that one that you will add to your arsenal probably within the year?
Is it a Weber or SNS kettle, the new Pitt Boss griddle, a new gasser or pellet grill?
I’m torn, it will likely be a Weber kamado with table, or a real current hole to fill, would be a Santa Maria table. I’m slowly moving to mostly fire, even my kettles are often wood fires now.

I'm still holding out for the right gasser, or a 3 burner all stainless flat top (hopefully grilla or someone puts one on the market)... everything else I want the wife would say no to... well, she'd say no to either of those as well, but I could eventually warm her up to a gasser purchase
I need to get a new gasser and new charcoal - the one I have is a 12 year old Char-Griller that is starting to rust out too much to really use anymore. Definitely the gas side is about done and I almost never use it, still limping along with the charcoal side.
Just got home from Lowe's where I was drooling over a 3-burner Weber version that seemed really nice - very heavy duty construction, or so it seemed. I wouldn't drop a grand on something like that without doing some more in-depth research, but it sure caught my eye.
My wife asked if I'd like a pizza oven, but she doesn't want me to cook pizza. I need to find a thin crust ww pizza dough recipe. That might change her mind...
Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
DavidNorcross Why are you stirring the MCS pot? Put on a fancy coat and tie, stand next to your pooper and send us all into wonderland.
Actually, ever since the first Smackdown, I’ve considered getting a Bronco. But I’m also thinking about a kettle. As long as I keep buying all the groceries and doing all the cooking, I doubt my wife will object. (Don’t tell her I would put the Bronco in the middle of our patio where the fire pit is currently.) 🤫🫢
More likely it will be an accessory likely a griddle for my BGE or maybe a half stone. To add a new cooker an old cooker will need to go to make room for a new one.
At our retirement house (lake) there is one restaurant in town. I'm thinking (dreaming) they need to add a couple of items to their menu.
Wibs, chicken and butt?
Cooker will be determined by what I can sell them into offering.
