Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

POLL: If you could pick any single cooker or accessory, for free, what would it be?
Please understand this is not associated with, or implied to be associated with, our Great Giveaway or any future prizes. Just a simple 'what if' scenario- what if you could pick any single cooker out there to add to your lineup, free, what would you pick?
Ok so it's not really a poll in that there are no options to click. Just tell us your answer.

I would likely pick one of the big beautiful pieces of artwork from Moberg Smokers in Dripping Springs, TX. Those stickburners are gorgeous. That or one of Henrik's or Ahumadora's but there's the gettin'-em-here troubles with those.

Grill: MAK 3 star.... I don't need one, but it would still be cool to roll out of the garage and smoke out the hood on a weekend. Or one of those all in one outdoor kitchen behemoths like the Weber Summit Grilling Center
Accessory: An all stainless version of the MAK Super Smoker box (they don't make it in all stainless, but I'm sure for enough money they would, and you said we're wishing here so I'm wishing big)
LSG Adjustable Grill/Smoker, MAK Pellet Grill, Large BGE with Several Attachments from the Ceramic Grill Store, Weber Genesis E335 Gasser, Cast Iron Pans & Griddle, Grill Grates, Mostly Thermoworks Thermometers, Anova SV Stick, BBQ Guru Controller and Fan
An accessory? Hmm...how about a motorcycle. How is that an accessory? I would already own a BBQ joint and have other people running it, so when I got hungry, bored or both, I would just ride to the pit to check on things, mainly quality assurance of the smoked products.
Man that’s a tough one. Maybe a top of the line live fire set up. I can’t recall the name of the company that makes those. They’ve been mentioned here a couple times. I probably blocked it out because of the crazy high cost!
I would like to have something that is pellet driven (to go along with my propane or charcoal grill), large capacity, with at least a gold rating, but portable enough that I can load it on my trailer by myself to take with me. It is a real challenge to load my GMG Jim Bowie. Being reasonable, I would gladly accept the Pit Boss Series 5 vertical smoker...
