Dee-Dee lol. I still have my Cherry Bomb but thinking of letting her go. Brutus (my 26") is getting all the love.
(on a side note I'm NOT actually giving Brutus love over Cherry, its just an expression. Let your dirty minds go where they must otherwise)

Troutman glitchy "Dee-Dee" is from her 2000 Date code, right there on th top vent[/i]"DD"[/i]
Not turribly imaginative, I know,
but first instinct, when we met...;-)
Her namesake, fwiw, was Dexter's older sister, if ya ever watched any ""Dexter's Laboratory"Last edited by Mr. Bones; April 20, 2021, 07:27 PM.

The Masterbuilt 1050 easily. With my fireboard I can pretty much run continuously. Sometimes I fire it up for an overnight cook and keep it going for various things throughout the next day.
for grilling, the pk360 and kettles do that, but I smoke much more often than grill. Of course those also can be fan driven so I’ve had multiples running on the same day.

Favorite beer: Anything that's cold!
Favorite cocktail: Bourbon neat
Man this is hard to answer. I have 9 cookers and use them all. But if I had to estimate, for about the last year it’s been the Weber Performer and the Recteq RT-700 about equally as the top choices. Right behind those are the 17†Blackstone and Charbroil Grill2Go mini gasser. Again, about equal for those two. The others are far less.

Troutman No doubt, starting my second year with it. I thoroughly enjoy it, I love it instead of my wsm when not as much space is needed, I love that it such capacity. I honestly could not imagine getting rid of any of my webers.

Weber Searwood 600
Weber Jumbo Joe w/SNS
Weber Q1200
Meater Block
Thermoworks Smoke
Thermapen MK4
Thermapop
Thermoworks Chef Alarm
Thermoworks Dash
Too many thermometers, gadgets, accessories, and tools!
Favorite beer: Alaskan Amber
Mostly my Kamado Joe Big Joe. Weber 22/SNS/Vortex sees less use these days with no crowds around and extra capacity not needed. A Jumbo Joe sits on a screened porch and gets used for quick cooks in foul weather.

Weber Summit Kamado with SnS and Vortex.. Broil King Baron, Primo Oval Junior. Primo XL. Love grilling steaks, ribs, and chicken. Need to master smoked salmon. Absolutely love anything to do with baking bread. Favorite cool weather beer: Sam Adams Octoberfest Favorite warm weather beer: Yuengling Traditional Lager. All-time favorite drink: Single Malt Scotch
Right now it’s my Broil King Baron gasser. Partly because I lost my sense of smell, I have been too lazy to use charcoal.
