      I interacted with everyone except Jim, but Bonsey was my guy. I think I am going to add some beans to my cook in his honor. And use my kettle.

      I initially just saw 21st through 23rd and was on my way out to buy some wibs until I realized that it says March

                      Someone in the recent past posted a photo of a brisket with a sticker that stated it was boneless, so it would seem some people think briskets might have bones. Just post your brisket cook and state how easy the bone slid out. I’m sure that would work and meet the guidelines. 😉

                    We'll be camping in the AZ desert, best I can do is reheat some previously smoked pork butt. I'm in with what I can do.

                        Spinaker , that was a beautifully-written OP. Thank you for bringing back those memories.

                        Thinking of each of those members made my eyes misty. Every one of them made me better at the grill and smoker (not to mention my bean-cooking IP) with their encouragement, support, and recipes. They also showed me what a kind place some remote corners of the interwebs like The Pit can be.

                        Like you, I learned a lot from Smarkley in the beginning, along with the others as they joined and time passed. Each loss has left a pang of regret.
