I didn’t mean to lie. Well, it wasn’t an actual lie, just a miscalculation. When I posted my first cook on the plow disk, I said, breakfast next. Then I was in Costco in the meat section and on impulse bought a 3# package of the marinated skirt steak which we really like. So here’s the result of the steak fajitas on the plow disk. I bought the lid for covering and keeping warm. I also got the trivet to set the disk on for serving on the table. It was quick, easy, and really good, but I missed the Weber charcoal flavor. Maybe breakfast next, but no promises.

SheilaAnn yup! Everything here but the cheese. Michael_in_TX Its probably the lettuce I eat the most. It provides such an easy and distinct flavor counterpoint.

Tried something new - poached cod. Warmed the olive oil and let it sit w the aromatics to flavor the liquid for about 45 mins. Added the cod and kept it between 115-125 degrees. Note to self: cut those taters bigger so when you miss-time the cod and turn off the oven, they don’t turn to charcoal 🙄 Simple Bibb lettuce salad was good.
