As.I.was.looking over Meatheads notes on cooking a leg of lamb, I got a blast from the past with his Binghamton Spiedie Sandwich recipe. I grew up in Central New York and the 2 foods I associated with Summer fairs and cook outs are salt potatoes and spiedies. I'll need to make some of both soon. But until then, I got a nice warm feeling of nostalgia. Thanks, Meathead
