After a busy Sunday trying to get moved into the (almost) finished with the remodel bathrooms, I finally got the turkey breast on the Hasty-Bake .... looking and smelling good :-)
Got some shots of it after 30 hours in the fridge, and now with herbs on it (herbs de Provence, garlic powder, pepper) and into the Hasty-Bake. Some shots of the HB showing the turkey in it and you can see the firebox setup.
