    What to do after a make over?

    So I replaced my 3- 8x5 gazebos with a 12x12 lean-to gazebo.
    Figured to break it in with the HB and spareribs.
    Ribs were great, would have been better but the sauce wasn't that good. I am in process of making them better on the reheat.
    Added butter, brown sugar and honey. Wrapped in foil meat down to be reheated soon.
