    Legacy for New Years

    Ribeye steaks for New Year's dinner.
    Put on the grill for 3 minutes per side direct heat.
    Then finished indirect heat to 130 IT.
    Put a pad of steak butter on each.
    Add mashed potatoes, and a glass of wine.
    Way to start out the New Year.
