    Christmas Turkey

    To add some content in here, I did my first rotisserie turkey on Christmas day. Dry brined in the fridge for two days. Best turkey I have ever tasted!

                  I agree with all; that's an awesome looking bird, and it's hard to beat the self-basting nature of a rotisserie. I don't do it enough, I know that.

                        That looks absolutely incredible. Any rub or flavor outside the dry brine? I would eat one of those legs in my sleep!

                          I did rub unsalted butter all over the outside and shoved some under the breast skin, but nothing else.
