One sausage patty? It would help if we knew the actual size.

If I was still a smoker, it would be a small ash tray..

Yes, you could definitely cook up any coin in that thing. You are welcome.

A quail egg. A piece of pepperoni. A clove of garlic. The possibilities are endless.

basting pot when you barbecue or grill, I'm thinking garlic, butter and herbs and you can find a place to keep it warm and melted.

I vote for cheese or butter melting pan for toppings.

Even better. A butter melting pan for when you are doing multiple grilled cheese on the grill or griddle. A silicon brush and you are golden.

Reminds me of those saleman's samples.

        Melt butter in it.
        A single serving of cornbread.

You can use it as a weapon, a weight, a bacon press, a decoration.

I have one of those too - used to be sold as an ash tray before smoking became 'bad'. I use it for a spoon rest most of the time but it does a good job of cooking a single egg; and occasionally as an ash tray for my cigar when smoking something on the pit.

Definitely that would be for a filet mignon for one. I wish I had that tonight! Now I gotta clean that big one!

Ha! I love this. I made an ofrenda a while back for work for a grant we were up for (we won $30k thank you very much). The plan is for our kitchen remodel. We are known for our blue cornbread. So I found this little cast iron pan at Daiso (Japanese store) and mini versions of some kitchen tools! The ofrenda grew from there. The grant was provided by siete foods, that’s why those products are represented. For scale, this are champagne corks representing chairs.

SheilaAnn, very nice. What are your demographics? Here in Yakima, and Yakima County, we are about 50/50 white to hispanic. With the edge going, I think, to hispanic. Much litigation re electoral districts, so that all have equal voices. An underlying issue is vote turnout; if you do not vote, does not matter how district is configured.

yakima I would guess about 70% Hispanic with lots of changes. All new condos being built, etc. C, lite rail construction and new housing construction has decimated the local businesses. My work turned on a dime at first shut down and managed to survive. I’m not up to speed on the political scene as I don’t live there.

It actually might be perfect for one fried egg. The small size will allow it to form so that it fits on a biscuit or sammich. That’s all got

I have one from lodge. That's exactly what I've used it for. Keeps the egg "English muffin-sized."

I used to have one like that. Kept it on the back of the stove for years. Sometimes melted butter in it, but mostly just kept it there for fun.
