Front shoulder rubbed with a brisket rub. Under the rack I put a large pan with 1 quart of beef broth, chopped onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms and cayenne pepper sauce (my own recipe). Smoked it for 8 hrs. @ 225-235. Still pretty tough so I stripped all the meat and put everything in a crock pot for 6 hrs. It was excellent. Next time I'll only smoke it for 3 hrs.
