A $1 taco that punches above it's weight, Attjack ? I'd be rolling in there in starvation mode and pulling out my credit card for a Very Big Order. Then I'd settle in and eat it all myself.

I’ve been having ground turkey tacos for almost 10 years based on some health issues I was having and then it continued just because for this long. I decided it’s been long enough to try 93% lean ground beef again this week.
I can’t tell you how I’ve missed it!

Looking at this thread made me want some too. I call this "babysitter food", my mom made certain things for us when they were going out, because my dad would only eat a hunk of meat and certain veg for meals. My mom had a little lineup of stuff she'd make and put in oven to warm, whenever we had a babysitter (or my dad was out of town.) "Spaghetti casserole" was a fav, we just called it casserole because we were too stupid to know there was more than one. Tacos was another fav, took me back. I had already thawed ground beef in the fridge, so how could i not?Comment
