Love me some potato leek soup or a hearty bowl or two of French Onion. Both are tasty. The more I think about it I'd do both!

Came here to say Potato Leek soup. Just made it last night. With a side of crispy bacon, for the protein.

Tonight I had a bowl of cream of carrot soup at my local pub. Hadn’t had it before. It was delicious.

This is a ridiculously easy soup that is so tasty, warm, and cozy. These cooking instructions say to use a crockpot but I always just make it in a pot on the stove. It only takes 30-45 minutes for it to cook. Super simple.

Creamy Tortellini Soup is a flavorful, easy slow cooker meal. Creamy tomato soup with tortellini, sausage, and spinach is slow cooked to perfection.

Pot roast. Easy, filling, hearty and freezes well (I like meals that freeze....like soups).

Oyster stew, chicken noodle soup, chili Verde, so many possibilities. Pot pies are always good too

Bought a rotisserie chicken to make chicken noodle soup for the annual 2 day north Texas winter apocalypse.
And have ingredients for tomato soup as well.

Sounds great and I am making a batch of that this weekend. However there will be one can of Rotello in there......

I’m kinda grooving on this as something to do for us as well; thanks, Chris BKYDBBQ! Now I’m tossed between ham and bean (where I have everything in house) or chicken. (I have a pack of thighs, but still like using a roti chicken.)

Flip side, maybe some short ribs, idk. Mrs loves short ribs, and I do, too. And I probably have some in the freezer.

Chicken soup with matzo ball. Not only is it delicious, but it will cure the common cold.

I made this for the first time last night. Creamy Beef and Gnocchi. I added mushrooms and only half the gnocchi. It was delicious!
