The coffee is already on my brisket crust so its already in there. I ve experimented with the chocolate but in the end never got it dialed in and let it go by the way side. Uncle Bob I use Jim Beam in mine and 2 different kinds of BEANS!

Used to use beer in my chili.

I like a bowl of Texas Red but I am also ok with beans in my chili. Pumkin no thanks. Double no on maple syrup.

Isn't giardiniera the new name of the Cleveland baseball team?

      Oh good lord.

Heres a real one. If you’re using ground beef, make it into patties and grill them over charcoal. Then proceed.

Panhead John . John, thank you for acknowledging that I have a brain. I am sure that I echo everyone here on the club when I say that I hope both you and the Scarecrow find one….

Tomato products sometimes mess up my gut. I love them but they do not always love me. So I thought I would give this a try. Not bad but will not be my go to.

BTW for the Chili Cookoff, the gloves are off and so is the tie. Will be changing the profile pic after that event….

It was called a pumpkin chili. Could not taste the pumpkin at all. It was good. Not great, but fun to try.
