Grilled is our favorite. I just toss it with garlic butter and throw it on the grill when I turn the steaks as it doesn’t take more than a few minutes 🙂

Definitely life-changing! Grilled is the only way I eat asparagus now.

I love this recipe! I never make it any other way.

Funny because I've been doing asparagus that way for probably 15 years. It's an old Steven Raichlen recipe from his book How to Grill. I will admit that's it's definitely my favorite way to eat them and my usual go to. Another Raichlen trick is to skewer them, makes cooking them a breeze, just flip-flop.

Yeah I have been doing the skewer thing myself. Really makes it a lot easier.

I like them spritzed with olive oil, then hit with either vegetable Magic seasoning, or Cajun seasoning. They go good in eggs too, or sauteed with mushrooms.

Ooh! Both of those ideas (eggs, mushrooms) sound really good. Thanks!
