One cauliflower head.
Remove leaves from the sides.
Cut off the stem from the bottom near the base of the head. You want a flat side on the head.
Generally you can get two or three steaks from a head depending on how thick you make them.
Depending on the construction of the head it may be easier to halve your steaks.
Save the remaining cauliflower for another purpose.
Glaze recipe
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon hot sauce (I like Frank's)
1 tablespoon Lyle's Golden Syrup, honey, corn syrup, what have you
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Whisk together
Glaze one side of the steaks and throw on a grill at medium heat (350 or so). Put the glaze side down and glaze the other side.
After about 6 minutes, flip them. Depending on how much crunch you want you can go longer or shorter. Grill for 6 more minutes and serve.
Bon Appetit!
