    If you have Modernist Cuisine At Home, this recipe would work with morels as well... It's amazing stuff.

      I highly recommend this, cook 'em up in good butter. Freeze them in measured amounts (like 1/2 cup, 1 cup, etc.) in smaller freezer bags. Label and date them then pack all together in another bigger freezer bag. Works for me; I do this regularly when I hit sales on regular brown/white mushrooms.

          Definitely one of my favorite mushroom assortment. I always do them with some fresh made home pasta. My passion for mushrooms cooking them and consuming them for well-being reason is huge. I even have books in my library with different sorts as I love going with my hubby and pick them up fresh from the forest. Been Always fascinated by all the different varieties available. My recent favorite has been chaga mushroom as we have taken some from Australia. They don't exist in the U.S. unfortunately. They have really boosted my energy levels in such a natural way.
