I made it tonight and it was good! Easy and fast too. I got plenty of zucchini in the garden so I'll be making it again.

If you have a garden, you have a lot of zucchini no doubt! My father used to say don't turn your back on it. Crazy how fast it can bulge. The more recipes for this invader the better.

Wish I still had my garden. So many squash and such. Did you finish it on the grill?

Oddly I did not. I broke in a new cast iron pan, but did it on the stove. Next time I'll take it outside.
