St Jude's has the best food of all the summer picnics in Luzerne County bar none. New this year is steamed corn. They leave it in the husk and cook it over an open fire, covered in a wet blanket. The fire is very hot! Condiments are Old Bay, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and melted butter. It is outstanding.
