Try grilling endive and radicchio. Very easy and yummy, a little olive oil, salt, pepper then bacon bits and some feta cheese. I like a little reduced balsamic vinegar drizzled over it.

Heck yea!!! I’ve forgotten about fruit this year. It’s an easy dessert. Do you cut yours in half and brush with a little simple syrup?
Try bananas, just throw them in the grill still in the skin and let them go until they turn black and a little soft. Split it open and add some honey or marshmallows or sugar and cinnamon...so good and easy.
