Maybe (like me) you have tried ALMOST everything on the website. I had not done https://amazingribs.com/tested-recip...n-beans-recipe these till today and I can tell you they were a super hit. Used bacon fat and wokked em. I used the bread crumbs...my normal approach is a Sichuan dish using spicy sausage in with them.... hard to go wrong.

That sounds good.
My wife makes a tasty green bean stir fry. All she does is put a little oil in a wok, (frying pan will do), and then add the green beans and partially cook them. Next add some sliced onion and cook until the onions are tender. Next comes 2 or 3 tbsp of teriyaki sauce and a teaspoon of soy sauce. Stir a bit until the sauce is hot and serve.
Blanching might be a better way to do this.
