I've tweaked this simple one over the years and think it's finally where it needs to be. Pile it high! 1 cabbage shredded 3 peeled and grated carrots Mix and the pour over cabbage and carrots: 1/4 Cup sugar 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp celery seed 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup mayonaise 1/2 cup vinegar pepper to taste
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
