We went to a new to me restaurant the other day because it had an all you can eat catfish buffet. The fish and tartar sauce were good but they had diced potatoes and okra together that had been lightly dusted with cornmeal and fried. It was very good. I’ll be learning how that’s done soon. If you know please chime in with the how to.
