Since I’m already here, rather than moving over to SUYB I’ll just continue.

Half that avocado (vacuum seal the other half) got added to 1/8 leftover onion, a bit of tomato, a little garlic and cilantro, and some lime juice; along with a bacon, an egg, and some chopped leftover French fries crisped up in the air fryer

to become today’s trio of breakfast tacos. I was doing these con copia (two tacos, two taco shells) but three smaller tacos is a better balance of tortilla to filling, and is less food and makes my tortillas last longer. Also appearing: cheese, green sriracha, and Texas Dave’s.

This is a lot less food than it looks like. That’s 3 small tortillas, one egg, half an avocado, one strip of bacon, a slice of tomato, about 5 crinkle cut Ore-Ida fries, and some cheese. It’s going to hold me 10-11 hours or so.
