We are still a few weeks away from local corn here.
I look forward to it every year. I consider myself to be a corn snob so to speak because corn on the cob is the only corn I eat.
Frozen and canned corn just don't do it for me.
Obviously, my bias tells me that local Jersey corn / Sussex County DE corn is without a doubt the best that there is.
(Don't try to convince me otherwise)
I will admit that over Memorial Day weekend, we had some that came up from North Carolina that was pretty darn good.
I will be in corn heaven from July through September...
Edit to add.... The guy in the video definitely knows the correct way to butter corn on the cob

I don't know and that is why I'm asking. But seems to many on this post that sweet corn comes in a few weeks from now. But others are enjoying it now. So what is the story on sweet corn? Is the sweet corn we're eating from South America or Mexico and the US sweet corn comes in a few weeks from now??
