A friend's family has a small farm. They have a garden every year and according to him they plant more tomatoes than they need so he brought me a lot of Roma tomatoes. I processed, vacuum sealed and froze 6 qts. and gave another 2 qts. worth to my daughter-in-law because they were ripening faster than I could handle them. Im. going to save them for pasta sauce and such.

Gear: 26" Weber Kettle and Pit Barrel Cooker
Accessories: Spider Venom fan, and SnS Temp probes.
I enjoy cooking ribs (pork or beef), pork belly, brisket, burgers, ribeyes, chicken (usually boneless/skinless thighs), and skirt steak for carne asada.
Beverages - Alcohol isn't my jam.
I always give my extra produce away to friends, neighbors, and our local food shelf. It beats sending it to the compost bin!

We do share a bit from our greenhouse too. Speaking of Romas, the size of ours this year is unreal, don't know why. We also do a greenhouse brand of cucumbers and have always had many to share. This year we have hardly gotten any and they are so thin. Can't wait until we start making our tomato sauce.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
Nice. Roma tomatoes in the store are a joke. Roma tomatoes from the garden are heaven on a plate.
