Jalaepeno and what I believe are a variation of Jalaepeno. She confirmed hot. So, I'm going on dehydrate them in in Ninja Foodi. My goal is to grind into a powder. I'll be doing this tomorrow. Stay tuned.

I have a Charbroil gas grill, Big Easy, Large gas smoker and small electric smoker, GMG Davy Crockett pellet grill. I also have a 160L Cabelas dehydrator which I use for beef jerky.
I'm on a mission to visit every brewery in WA!
Keep us updated. How long was the dehydration? Did you slice/mince them before hand? Other details?
