- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I’m a hot pepper freak. I took a bite of a Reaper. Once.
It was a bad idea, and I won’t do it again. Even Ed Curry says they aren’t really a food item.
I’m good with habaneros. That’s a good balance of heat and flavor to me; they’re hot, but I can eat an habanero. The hotter stuff, the nagas and scorpions and jolokias and reapers, those aren’t fun.

I have Ed's reserve hotsause sampler pack. Good stuff

I’m good with those peppers in a sauce; I’m talking about eating the peppers. I’ll spin up some habaneros in the blender with garlic and lime and eat them with tortilla chips while watching the game. The superhots, nuh-uh.
What’s good but they won’t ship it during the summer: Troyer’s Carolina Reaper Cheddar. It’s got the Reaper sting, but the fat in the cheese cuts the rush, and you can hit it repeatedly.
