So my (Last) kid is a pretty good eater. I’ve got 4 - oldest is vegetarian (annoying but ok, my fault bc I was for 10 years), second eats EVERYTHING (god love her) 3rd will eat most anything but has an aversion to spice (I blame his very white mother- Dutch) and my youngest is a conundrum. I’m seriously flummoxed at times w her. For St Paddy’s I made corned beef and cabbage for the first time. She said, “it sounds gross” when I explained it to her. I mean, BOILED meat and veg…I was concerned too. Turned out absolutely delicious. She agreed. However I believe the parsley and mustard sauce went a long way in selling that. Tonight I made some pasta and had some leftover cabbage, so I did an experiment. I boiled the cabbage in chicken stock w salt and then drizzled the parsley sauce over it. ….And she loved it. Try this sauce. I think it will go great in lots of things.
